The programme was coordinated by Vidya Pratishthan and VIIT Staff and all the VIIT Staff members and the students of MBA and MCA were present. A total of more than 80 participants were present.

Flag Hosting took place at the auspicious hands of honorable trustee of Vidya Pratishthan Mr. SrikantSikchi. The event was organized at Vidya Pratishthan’s Ground at7.30 a.m.

Mrs. SunetrataiPawar, Trustee was also present as a Guest of Honour.

Flag hoisting is a pious ceremony recalling the memories of freedom fighters and their contribution in getting freedom for our country. This was also to exhort the people to unite with a sense of purpose and nation building.
Mr.Sikchi in his brief speech highlighted on the growth of the country and the achievements by the Indian players in Rio-Olympic. The program concluded with tea served to all the participants.
The students marched to the parade place with placards describing the need for women safety and health.
