INDUCTION PROGRAM 2022 – ‘CAMPUS TO CORPORATE’

Vidya Pratishthan’s Institute of Information Technology (VIIT), Baramati organized Two days Induction Program for MBA and MCA students on 5th & 6th January 2022.

The Guest Speakers invited were:

- Mithila Walase, Soft Skill Trainer
- Sachin Kadam, Director ICT-Bharti Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University)
- Vishal Kore, Central TPO, Vidya Pratishthan, Baramati.
Inauguration of the Induction program was done at the auspicious hands of Hon. Adv. Neelima Gujar, Secretary, Vidya Pratishthan.
On the first day of the seminar Dr. Anand Deshmukh, Director, VIIT, delivered his welcome address. Sir has explain the purpose of organizing this Induction Program.
The first session was conducted by Shri. Shreyas Dabke, Dy. Manager HR, Bharat Forge Ltd. He has delivered very informative thoughts on ‘“Corporate Expectations from MBA & MCA Students”. He has thrown light on various associated with the topic.
The second session was conducted by Mrs. Mithila Walase, Soft Skill Trainer. Her topic for discussion was “Time and Stress Management”.
She has given inputs regarding how to manage the time in efficient way and the ways of happy learning / stress-free learning. She has also discussed various practical cases and enlighten our participants a lot.
The second day was again very interesting as the theme of it was “Current Trends in IT and Management”.
Under this themes, Dr. Sachin Kadam, Director ICT-Bharti Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) shared their views on “Current Trends in IT and Management”.
They have given the inputs to the participants by unfolding their rich experiences They have also discussed a lot many examples with participants to encourage them for Entrepreneurial activities as well.
The last session of the Induction Prog. Was conducted by Mr. Vishal Kore, Central TPO, Vidya Pratishthan, Baramati. He has discussed “Training & Placement activities & Career Opportunities”. He has interacted and guided the students in a very informative way.
More than 100 participants benefitted from this. This Induction Prog. was the knowledge feast for the participants and to take encouragement.
All the precautionary measures related to COVID-19 were followed during both days’ program.
